Piroute is a specialized mobile and desktop ecosystem designed to empower independent drivers to manage their own business operations. It replaces fragmented workflows with a streamlined dashboard for route management, earnings tracking, and client invoicing, specifically tailored for international and European market standards.

Challenge
Drivers often struggle with complex logistics, leading to inefficient routing and payment delays. The challenge was to simplify professional-grade logistics into an intuitive interface that allows a driver to manage their schedule, invoicing, and fleet communications independently. I also integrated features to support driver mental health, ensuring the workload remains manageable and reducing stress during shifts.
Objective
The goal was to build a cohesive design system that reduces cognitive load for drivers on the move. We aimed to create a modular dashboard that simplifies complex data—such as dynamic delivery routes and bi-weekly billing cycles—into high-clarity visual cues, while prioritizing the driver's well-being and safe operation.
Results
The final design provides a unified, mobile-first experience that enables drivers to reduce administrative time by an estimated projection based on workflow mapping. The resulting system features a clean typography-led interface, integrated seamless cross-device continuity between mobile driver apps and desktop dispatch views, and a modular layout that successfully demonstrates a clear path for independent scalability.
